Discovering your Gifts: Day 5....

Acts 20:24 However, I consider my life worth nothing to me, if only I may finish the race and complete the task the Lord Jesus has given me—the task of testifying to the gospel of God's grace.

What an amazing verse to finish this group of devotions on, what an incredible testimony to living a live less ordinary. As I reflect on the verses I have read over the last week and remember them telling me of how my heavenly Father has gifted me, I end with a reflection on why he has gifted me - so that I can live for him.

All that I have, all that I am, all that I will be is his, to be used in his service, because there is no greater task than witnessing for the Kingdom, of sharing the Gospel with those who need it. I think I'll be remembering this a lot today - that he must increase in my life while I must decrease....
